"When one's focus is on burning fat, it's better not to focus on just the scale, but rather to be aware of all the benefits as well as other clues that indicate fat is being burned. Don't focus on the scale, instead be aware of it. Be aware of how you look in the mirror, your belt buckle or your clothing size. If you focus on only one thing such as your weight, then you're wasting energy on only one thing when you could be spreading it around by being aware of all of them and much more. For example, how you feel - firmer, thinner, less bloated, improved form, improved self-esteem, better posture, etc. To focus on just the scale is exhausting. Open your focus and try to be aware of all the positive changes internal and external during this journey." |
